MYLAR BLUES
Mylar Magic #3 × Azulcar #22
Candy gas
Mylar Blues is one of the cleanest candy flower expressions in the Nine Weeks lineup. Mylar Magic #3 already carried one of the loudest candy profiles we had, and crossing it into Azulcar #22 pushed it into a more complete, better-finished direction — darker where it needs to be, frostier overall, and more polished in the bag.
The flower comes out with a very clean stacked spear shape, low leaf ratio, and a strong silver-white resin blanket that makes the whole plant read bright before you even get into the darker tones underneath. There’s still blue and purple in the leaf and sugar, but what really stands out visually is the contrast between the dark frame, lighter calyxes, and the heavy frost coverage. It runs tall with high stretch on an upright frame, but the spacing stays workable once dialed in. The nose is candy-gas, the resin is greasy, and the line shows a repeatable look and structure across the progeny. For flower, this is one of the best-looking pieces in the release.
